The SideCartel is a small and loose conglomeration of like-minded writers, artists and musicians, hellbent on using the latest technology to create, manufacture and distribute work that might otherwise forever lurk in the shadows.

The SideCartel designs and publishes websites, most notably the online magazine outsideleft.com amongst others.

Thus far the SideCartel has published two critically acclaimed anthologies. 'The First Annual Outsideleft Hardy Annual' a collection of stories purloined from the pages of the online magazine and 'Darkness Racket & Twang (Essential Listening from the Fringes of Popular and Unpopular Music)' by music journalist, Alex. V. Cook.

More is planned for the summer of 2007 including a new book from prolific Iggy Pop biographer, Joe Ambrose...
